Specific practices of thermal baths (such as sauna bathing) are recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. The case study of Evoia with its thermal spas in the city of Edipsos, the \u201ccapital\u201d of the thermal spas in Greece, consists of elements of intangible heritage associated with the recording of practices, collective memories, but also of natural beauty.
